Not great to look at

I purchased this for a customer and I must say that upon arrival, I was not at all impressed with the product at all. It looks like it was made in a high school metal shop class and there is an obvious defect that was even circled. the weld is sloppy and I hope my customer does not balk, as he has yet to pick it up. The adage remains true..."You get what you pay for."
