Lincoln Chrome Exhaust Kits include:
  • (2) Stacks 114 inches long from the elbow to the top stack 
  • (2) Elbows 90 Deg / short or long elbows available (See compatibility details)
  • 4 Universal style Clamps (fits 5" clamp bolt distance)
  • 1 Silicone (suggested between joints)

(total height from floor to top can vary between 13'1" and 13'5" depending on truck model and tire size)

Compatibility Details

NO DPF SYSTEM COMPATIBLE - 
Professional installation is strongly recommended. Additional brackets/reinforcement inside or outside and bushings may be needed for custom work to be done correctly. 
suggestions: rubber or bushings between clamps and cab brackets are suggested since vibrations of clamps mounted directly to cab brackets can break the welds on the clamps or damage metal in the cab. 

Examples of COMPATIBLE trucks with Universal Clamps & Long elbows: 
  • Freightliner classic (long elbows) side of the cab, Under the Frame/chassis ; tip for adapting install: move the exhaust positions from the turbo to the bottom of the chassis to use the long elbows & leave open space between the fuel tank and Battery/tool boxes.

Examples of COMPATIBLE trucks with Universal Clamps & short elbows: 
  • Freightliner classic (short elbows) side of the cab, over the Frame/chassis.
  • Kenworth T800 & W900A (using the short elbows) side of the cab, over the chassis. (using the universal clamps on top and bottom included) 
  • Peterbilt 387 (short Elbows) Rear of Sleeper , Mounted to the Exhaust frame supports (using the universal clamps on top and bottom included) 
  • International 9200, 9400 (Short elbows) Rear of Sleeper , Mounted to the sleeper using the 2 kits sold separately (US42-9933K & US42-K46301) 

  • Freightliner Century, Columbia (short elbows) Rear of sleeper, over the Frame/chassis

Installations Tips

Professional installation is strongly recommended. 
  • The exhaust pipe can be cut to lower the height, it is recommended to place a sealant in the cut to prevent moisture from penetrating.
  • Additional or different clamps may be required to fit certain trucks. 
  • (If there's a need to change clamps to complete the installation, they can be exchanged directly with Miami Star)
