Some oil pans are designed with a recessed drain hole, which may prevent the valve from being installed properly. If the valve can not be tightened all the way without hitting the oil pan wall, do not install the Drain Valve in your vehicle.

- Base Metal: High-grade, forged Brass and Stainless Steel.

Exterior Coating: Nickel-plated / Nickel-coated finish. This adds an extra layer of defense against road salt, environmental debris, and rust.
