DISCARD:
• OLD CAPSCREWS
• CLAMPING RING
• TIGHTEN NEW CAPSCREWS IN STAR PATTERN AS FOLLOWS:
STEP 1: 60 in-lb (7 N-m)
STEP 2: 25 ft-lb (35 N-m)
