Product received damaged

First I called customer service to ensure that they had both a L & R highlight in stock before ordering....they assured me they did. Once I ordered, the next day I got a message that one side was not in stock. When the one in stock finally arrived, it was damaged and unable to be used due to a very flimsy box it was shipped it. Still waiting for credit. Had to reorder both with another supplier and got them for less money to boot.
