Passenger side very shaky: no warranty
Horrible customer service. I’ve been trying to get help on a order placed. I purchased 2 of these, a driver and passenger side. Driver side is perfectly fine however passenger side is faulty. Doesn’t tighten up at all and shakes and flops like crazy. I tried contacting customer services but only lady I spoke to told me no warranty and just buy another that the $168.99 I spent on faulty one doesn’t matter and to spend it again on new one to see if that fixes problem.
